Our salon requires the use of sharp instruments that can be dangerous. No children under the age of 12, including infants in strollers, are permitted in the salon. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Only service animals may be in the salon. No pets are allowed in the salon (by law).
STRICT 24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY.
Your appointment is very important to Maison de Lash and our staff. We send you a reminder about your appointment via text message at least 24 hours before your appointment time because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly and respectfully ask you to give us at least 24 hours in advanced notice for cancellation.
* For appointments made for the same day, a cancellation will result in a 100% fee of the reserved service price.
* Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% fee of the reserved service price.
* "NO SHOWS" will result in a 100% fee of the reserved service price.
* A cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 100% fee of the reserved service price.
24 hours notice allows us to better serve you, gives customers on our Waiting List the opportunity to receive service, keeps our technicians’ schedules filled, and overall helps us serve everyone better.
We know your time is valuable, thus we strive for priority scheduling. We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service.
Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the salon to receive your desired appointment day/time.
Gratuity is not included in any of the services. The customary gratuity for a salon service is 20%, at your discretion.
